I’m finding this mattress very uncomfortable

Ordering was very easy and I took advantage of Bundle which saved me about 40%. I had the opportunity to choose my own delivery date. Even though the bed + mattress bundle was ready to be delivered in 2 days, Dream was kind enough to keep them for 4 weeks. The bed and mattress are everything they say. Very comfortable. Have had a back problem for 30yrs. Not anymore. If you want a very comfortable bed, look no further.

Couldn’t be happier with my mattress, recommended it to a friend telling him l would give him his money back if he wasn’t pleased, he is thrilled with it. His wife has had back problems and he tells me it’s definitely on the mend now.

Good delivery. Comfy. One corner didn't 'inflate' correctly' and after only 6 weeks it already sags on the points where we sit most often, e.g. as we get in and out of bed.

Expected my new luxury bed bundle to be delivered tomorrow and I have just received an email sent at 5.20 they close at 5.30 so I could not reply. My bed frame will not be delivered now until a week later Even though I checked a number of times that it will be delivered tomorrow they are liars and do not trust what they tell you What a joke but the mattress and everything else will still be delivered tomorrow pointless without the bed frame to put it on.I was very worried about ordering via the website and they have proved that I shouldn’t have ordered. I have asked them to cancel my order now service is extremely important to me and there is very little communication with this company please think twice before ordering I wish that I had read some of the reviews before I ordered

I've only had this mattress a couple of days and I am sleeping in my daughters bed now as it's more comfortable. I read all the reviews about sinking in and being really soft. This just isn't the case.
I have ordered another mattress now due to come in a few days but hope I do not have to wait 30 days to return this.
This is so hard I woke up in more pain than before and seeing I need surgery soon wanted something really comfortable. I really regret buying this.
On a positive it came really quickly when I ordered it and the delivery guys were fantastic.
I hope customer service will issue a return ASAP as when the new mattress comes this will just lean against a wall so won't be used.

Purchased a Super King after having had two expensive ziplock mattresses for 10+ years. Very easy ordering, delivery was on time and when agreed, helpful delivery guys took mattress to 2nd floor bedroom and we had the best nights sleep for many years. We both love the mattress, best mattress ever?

So far very poor - delivery of order through 2 different companies, collection of old matters through a 3rd. New delivery failed and only notified after the end of the delivery window. Tried emailing Dreamcloud by reply to order email (as it says to do) asking for a call to discuss, got generic reply telling me I'd get a tracking link and 3 hour delivery window by email prior to delivery - clearly they don't bother reading emails!
Massively poor service e when I've just spend almost £1000 with them. Might cancel the whole damn thing and go to Dreams at this rate!

Based on the reviews I ordered 2 dreamcloud luxury Hybrid mattress's over a year ago. We didn't find that the mattress improved our sleep nor our aching backs but it was OK not bad enough to return. However we did get the dips where we each sleep and the corners of one mattress sunk. Dreamcloud honored their policy and switched mattress. Wish I had got the refund as they have dipped in the middle again after 4 months. We went with Dreamcloud over other brands as they were suppose to be better for heavier people. My husband is 16 stone and I'm 11 so not light weights but not HEAVY. Would love to change them again but out of warranty now and can't trash a 6 month old mattress so we're stuck with it for a few year yet. Would love to find a mattress that doesn't dip in the middle and eases back ache but suspect you need to spend A LOT more money.

We are finding the Luxury Hybrid mattress extremely hard and very uncomfortable. I’m constantly waking up during the night and every part of my body hurts. I have Osteoarthritis and lower back and hip problems and at the moment it is making the pain worse. After reading other reviews I was hoping this mattress would be good for me but unfortunately sorry it’s not.

This is the second Dreamcloud Luxury Hybrid mattress I have bought. I have had lower back problems for the past couple of years linked to poor mobility in my hips. I bought this mattress for a spare room, other websites rated its firmness at 6 out of 10, but I find that bizarre because it feels very firm, like an 8. What I can say is I don't wake up with back pains now.

My sleep after a couple of nights of using it was incredible, I was able to turn position with little effort because I wasn't sunken into the mattress. The pain of turning position in my old bed would wake me up. The bed has amazing edge support to. So I ordered a second mattress for my main bedroom, I tend to end up on the edge of the bed but now ai don't roll off into the wall!!

I was totally amazed at the service o got from Dreamcloud wjdn trying to order the mattress. The on line service would not allow me to finish checking out . I called the offices and spoke to Renay . Within an hour she was in the phone and sorted it for me . Sent me an invoice and I paid it immediately.

If she did not help me I would have got the Emma as I was so fed up trying to order it .

Mattress is much harder than I expected. The pillow top has almost no ‘pillow’ so is not much point. And the main covering is a bit misshapen so doesn’t fit squarely on edges even when mattress fully relaxed out. And doesn’t look as luxe as as photos. Just ordered a luxe £300 wool topper so will see if that improves my sleep and experience. Want to give it a chance as husband prefers a firm mattress so hopefully topper will work. Otherwise it is going back.

Good mattress for a single sleeper, comfortable.However if shared, you can feel every move of the partner as mattress is very bouncy, not ideal if you are light sleeper. Not firm enough. Too expensive, in my opinion it's worth half of the price. Customer service team have been in touch (brilliant service!) and are sending me mattress enhancer which would hopefully reduce the motion transfer

Delivered with ease and on the date that was given.
After 4 nights sleeping on the dreamcloud my back ache seems to have almost gone. Very comfortable to sleep on. This mattress isn’t too firm or too soft, just the right amount of support. So happy with my purchase so far.
